Paige Botson
As a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, and Nutrition Coach, my mission is to help real people just like you build strength, move better, and live a more confident, functional life. As we've evolved, Get Fiit has grown into more than just personal training, it's become a space where people come to feel seen, supported, and challenged in ways that make sense for their lifestyle. Through a blend of mobility work, strength training, and sustainable nutrition habits, I help you set goals that are actually attainable, and build the confidence to keep going. Free "No Sweat" Intro
A No Sweat Intro, is a relaxed and informative planning consultation. During this free session, you'll have the opportunity to discuss your fitness goals, preferences, and any obstacles you may be facing. It’s a laid-back, no-pressure conversation that typically lasts 20-30 minutes, designed to help you start your fitness journey comfortably and confidently. After this session we will work together to create a customized plan that suits your unique needs and circumstances. This session can be done, in person or virtually.
